The main activity is developed regarding the machining of components and parts, mainly for Automotive sector: axles, housings, cylinder heads, motor blocks, pulleys, supports, clutch plates, wheel bushings, brake discs, etc. The great versatility of the manufacturing resources allowes to embrace a wide range of products virtually feasible. Thereon, the dimension range of parts is defined up to 850 mm for the horizontal machining centres, up to 1.200 mm for the vertical machining centres and up to 950 mm diameter in CNC Lathes. HJG always works according to the customer??s designs and specifications. A well-aimed and constant benefit re-investment policy allowes to arrange a great machinery range of the highest technology level, having for the present time 54 CNC machines counting 24 Machining Centres and 30 CNC Lathes, as well as a great conventional machinery relationship. Presently, the main customers are: PSA GROUP, VOLKSWAGEN GROUP, IVECO GROUP, JOHN DEERE, IVECO and NISSAN, for first equipment parts as well as spare parts.
